As such, you are responsible for your purchase, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or errors in ordering.

EXCHANGE POLICY- 

In case you receive a damaged product, kindly reach out to us at connect@smpoetry.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange request! 

Please ensure your email includes a video showcasing the unwrapping process along with clear images of the damaged items. Rest assured, we’re committed to promptly assisting you through the exchange process.
